Many older (and not so old) homes develop cracks in the ridge, hip and barge tiles or have cracked roof tiles which can lead to damaged ceilings and furnishings as well as long term structural damage.
The pointing used on older homes was inflexible coloured mortar which cracked relatively easily, but on the roof, it is often "out of sight out of mind".
We only use high quality flexible bedding products which have a far longer life span and can tolerate the movement that all roofs experience over time, protecting the value of your most valuable asset.
